Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third party’s rights. Wireless Home Security reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this web service at any time without notice.

  1. Assignment

The Wireless Home Security is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

  1. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Wireless Home Security, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this web service whether such liability is under contract.  Wireless Home Security, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this web service.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for the resolution of any disputes.

  1. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Wireless Home Security from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

  1. Variation of Terms

Wireless Home Security is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this web service you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wireless Home Security and you in relation to your use of this web service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

$99.00 Customer Installation Charge. 36-Month Monitoring Agreement required at $33.99 per month ($1,223.64). Form of payment must be by credit card or electronic charge to your checking or savings account. Offer applies to homeowners only. Local permit fees may be required. Satisfactory credit history required. Certain restrictions may apply. Offer valid for new ADT Authorized Dealer customers only and not on purchases from ADT LLC. Other rate plans available. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Equipment shown may require additional fees.
